The role of the President to a land dispute is to provide more protection and assistance to small settlers and landholders and members of cultural minorities in their struggle for recognition of their right to the land they occupy. In which, the President of Crock will negotiate with Spartonia regarding the glitch they are in conflict with or to mend everything as possible to have a good relationship between these two. While, the DENR Secretary is the one responsible for governing and supervising the exploration, development, utilization and conversation of Crock's natural resources, in which in this case, he will be the one concerning with the Vastland that the other nations might possibly pollute the land with different mining and industry activities or use it as military arena that could threaten the neighboring nations that could cause conflicts too. And as the DFA Minister, one is tasked to contribute to the enhancement of National Security and the protection of territorial integrity and national sovereignty, and to protect rights and its welfare as well as the international understanding of countrys culture for beneficial with other countries. Wherein, this agent will create an agreement between or among states that Crock wanted to preserve the pristine ecology of the Vastlands in which before this happen, there must be an agreement bounded by each nations that instead of mining or having it industrialized, it can be more benefial if it will turn out into a world park, wherein they can get funds from it, making it a tourist destination probably, for example. Thus, the nations could all be mutually beneficial and the fact that ecology is preserved and protected, they are helping in conserving the natural resources while making money out if it rather than letting the land be ruled by one.
